The subscription includes one in-home visit per year at your leisure, with up to five essential home maintenance services performed at the time of appointment .

Electric Dryer Vent Cleaning: Improve appliance efficiency and help avoid fire risks by having us do the dirty work. Not available for gas appliances and vents located on roof.
HVAC Air Filter Replacement: Regular air filter replacement keeps your air cleaner and can extend your HVAC’s life. HVAC air filters required.
Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement: Protect your fridge’s performance by preventing bacterial growth and clogging. Water filters required.
Electric Water Heater Flush: Extend your water heater’s life with regular inspection and flushing. Excludes gas or tankless water heaters and units 10+ years old.
Garage Door Lubrication: Alleviate squeaks, improve efficiency and extend the life of your garage door.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Battery Replacement: Help keep your home protected with smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement. Batteries required.
Light Bulb Replacement: Replacement of burned-out light bulbs, especially those in hard-to-reach areas. Light bulbs required. 10-bulb maximum per visit.
Not available for gas appliances and vents located on roof. 30-bulb maximum per visit. *12-foot height maximum. Service restrictions & more terms apply. Subject to change.

• Ensure you have all replacement items needed to complete your selected services before the associate arrives.
We can bring the replacement items for an additional fee (Just fill out the order form and let us know what you will need us to bring )
