We take care of homes with a dedication that you can't expect from your neighbors, friends, or family because we are a licensed and insured home watch service provider. Our objective is to make sure your family continues to enjoy and live worry-free in your Florida home. We provide a concierge menu that may be customized to meet your needs since we want your homecoming home to be smooth and stress-free. Beyond what is covered by the Universal Rosa Home Watch service plans, these services are provided. As a seasoned home management firm, our objective is to help you better organize your time in your vacation home while also giving you peace of mind while you're away.

Concierge price List
Open residence for season $50.00
Before your return, we can prepare your home to your exact specifications. This includes:
Adjust AC to comfortable temperature
Ensure lighted entry for night arrival
Light dusting and dry mop floors
Turn on hot water heater
Grocery shopping (additional fee)
Full house cleaning (additional fee)
Close residence for season $50.00
Immediately after you leave we can prepare your home for your absence. This includes:
Garbage Removal
Dishes washed, dried and put away
Turn off hot water heater
Adjust AC to energy efficient temperature
Activate and check security system
Ensure all windows are closed and locked
Full house cleaning (additional fee)
Grocery Shopping $50 fee plus the cost of purchases
Coordinate and supervise contractors $35 an hour (one hour min.)
Meet with deliveries, repairmen, etc… $35 an hour (one hour min.)
Meet family members and guests $35 an hour (one hour min.)
Auto maintenance
Start engine additional $5 per month
Drive vehicle, check air and for fluid leaks additional $15 per month
Hurricane preparation $40 per hour (one hour min.)
Install hurricane protection systems and store any patio furniture and or loose lawn items.
Post -Storm inspection (includes photo report) $40 an hour (one hour min.)
Conduct a visual inspection of the property interior and exterior and document and visible damage.
Emergency service response $50 +$25 after hours.
Responding to an emergency or home alarm
Window washing (exterior only) $ Call for estimate

Mail forward $10 + Cost
During a scheduled home inspection we will pick up and forward your mail.
Cleaning service $50.00 and up
This is a popular service when leaving or returning for season and in between house guests.
Our business hours are from 9-5 Monday through Friday. There is an additional fee of $25 for any services
rendered outside of normal working hours. $50.00 additional for Holidays--------
